Even though last summers out of control "control burn" almost burned up the town of Foresta and scarred the landscape it has made for quite the flower show this spring and summer. If you get a chance you should really drive up to the burn area and check out the flowers as they will soon be gone.

It started out with the low lying Lupine then went into the multi colored Lupine and has now advanced to the tall Lupine mixed with many other wild flowers. The smell is intoxicating.
