Yosemite National Park, CA....A new exhibit entitled “View & Visitors: The Yosemite Experience in the 19th Century,” will open to the public on June 16, 2010. The exhibit, in the Yosemite Valley Museum features paintings, prints, artifacts and ephemera from Yosemite’s early years. An exhibit opening reception will be held on June 15 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. located in the Yosemite Valley Museum. There is no cost to attend and food and drink will be served at the reception....
Delays along Tioga Road: From July 6 - July 17, 2010 the Valley and Wawona road crews will be clearing roadside ditchs along the Tioga Road (for better drainage into culverts) as well as grading shoulders along the roadway. Expect 10-minute delays.
